Construction Waste Diverted

August 8, 2014 – Baypoint Commerce Center is on track to divert 76% of waste from the current construction projects in the Pasco Building. The diversion program includes recycling ceiling tile and carpet. It also includes donating removed decorative accents to local groups. To date 25 tons of construction waste have been diverted from the landfill.

The Pasco building is part of Baypoint Commerce Center, which has a total of 15 office buildings in a 76 acre park-like setting. The project was originally developed in 1971. The Feil Organization purchased the property in 2011 and has completed extensive renovations to the park.
